The double wall design consists of 2 inner corrugated layers, (fluting), which is sandwiched between two outer layers (liners). This combination of layers results in a strong and sturdy structure that can withstand the rigors of transportation, handling, and storage. The fluting also provides cushioning and protection against shocks and impacts, making these extra large double wall boxes ideal for items which are fragile or delicate. Owing to their construction one of the main advantages of double wall boxes is their durability. The double-wall construction provides both added strength and resistance to crushing, punctures, and moisture, which helps to protect the contents from damage.
